Kensho Dojo is a Shotokan Karate club located in Tilehurst, in Reading - based in the Thames Valley area of Berkshire. Weekly martial arts instruction include Shotokan Karate class with a belend of Tai Chi and Aikido. The club is affiliated to the English Traditional Karate Federation, and accepts members from Reading, Lower Earley, Woodley, Earley, Calcot, Burghfield Common, Caversham and Tilehurst

Martial arts instructors help people learn the skills they need to participate safely and to the best of their ability in the martial arts discipline. They are the guiding force for the students to achieve levels of perfection in the Art. Since martial arts cannot be learnt from books or tapes, the instructors have a great impact on the student’s technical skill, mental attitude and the inherent values the students develop by practising martial arts.
